According to The Mail on Sunday, a well-known private health company and the luxury car brand BMW are in pursuit of Lizzie Cundy, who is popularly known as a TV WAG, for her unpaid invoices.
Several liens have been imposed on her home worth £1.2 million, located in Hampshire's lush countryside, as she was unable to clear her debts.
The former agent of Ms Cundy might file a bankruptcy petition against her later this week as she failed to fulfill a legal demand of paying more than £23,000.
In the blog section, it was reported that Dermot McNamara, the PR manager, revealed that he has been acquainted with Lizzie for several years, and they recently collaborated. In their agreement, Lizzie agreed to pay Dermot a 20% commission on any deals he secured for her. However, she has yet to fulfill her payment commitment.
I will be taking the next course of action by filing for bankruptcy this week. Lizzie often mentions how Meghan Markle, who used to be her friend, stopped communicating with her abruptly, but she still chooses to neglect her outstanding debts.
The private health company and BMW are trying to get Lizzie Cundy, a television personality and wife of a professional footballer, to pay the bills she has not yet paid.
Ms Cundy refutes that she has any outstanding debt to Mr McNamara.
In 2021, BMW was granted a temporary charging order on the house that belongs to a certain individual. On the other hand, back in 2018, BMI Healthcare also got a charge on the same property supposedly after a cosmetic surgery took place at the Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor. Additionally, there is another charge on the real estate dating back to 2014 which is registered under the name of John Caudwell, who is a well-known wealthy entrepreneur and generous donor.
A charging order is a method of securing a debt against your property. So, if you decide to sell or remortgage your house before paying off the debt, the charging order will be settled from the money generated by the sale or remortgage.

Ms Cundy, a mother of two, who is 54 years old, was in a marriage with Jason Cundy, who played football for Chelsea and Tottenham, for 16 years until the year 2010.
She makes frequent appearances on programs like Good Morning Britain where she provides commentary on WAG stories and happenings. In the past year, Archerfield Partners - a legal firm - brought her to court seeking nearly £50,000 that she had failed to pay in fees owed. As stipulated in official court documents dated June 27th, 2022, she was required to pay off the whole amount and also an additional £5,000 to cover Archerfield Partners' expenses.
Ms. Cundy declined to remark.
