Sun Belt Fund For Multifamily Development Launches

Investment fund

The Fund's goal is to focus on the main metropolitan areas in Florida.

A real estate investment company called Participant Capital Advisors has started a new fund. It's called the Participant Capital Sun Belt Multifamily Development Fund 1. They want to raise $250 million to use on building new homes in the Sun Belt area. The Fund has an 8-year plan and is private. Apex Group Ltd. will help manage it.

The Fund is looking to invest in low-rise multifamily projects in Orlando and Tampa. It's also interested in mid/high-rise projects in Miami and other South Florida cities. Florida is the main focus.

Bernie Wasserman, the President of Participant Capital, thinks that multifamily development in Florida is a good investment. This is because of things like demographics, more people working from home, and rising residential costs. Florida's big cities are also experiencing a lot of growth. The latest fund from Participant Capital will let people invest in high-quality multifamily development projects.

The people at Participant Capital have been developing things for over 30 years. They work with a company called Royal Palm Companies. This company has done over 50 real estate projects and has made a lot of money. Participant Capital works with other good groups and invests in real estate projects. One of the groups they work with has some special brands for their developments.
