The chilled herbal teas (shown in the image above) are created by immersing them in cold water, incorporating carefully chosen herbs renowned for their restorative, cognitive-enhancing, and soothing effects. These teas aim to provide pure vitality, long-lasting focus, tension reduction, and a state of serenity that lasts all day.

The tea beverages are packaged in 12-ounce glass containers for non-carbonated teas and 8-ounce cans that are free from BPA for fizzy teas. The designs aim to encapsulate the spirit of a garden in the Caribbean, where freshly harvested herbs are skillfully blended to produce teas brimming with unique flavors and loaded with advantageous effects on health.

HRBVOR was established by Zahira Marmar, a resident of Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey and a native of St. Martin. During her childhood in the Caribbean, Zahira dedicated numerous hours with her parents cultivating various herbs such as sage, lemongrass, and rosemary. Subsequently, as a mother of three, Zahira began brewing her own herbal teas at home for her children to bring to school instead of consuming unhealthy sugary beverages. This ultimately paved the way for the birth of HRBVOR.

According to the brand, HRBVOR provides teas filled with phytonutrients as a solution to the increasing health problems caused by sugary and artificial drinks. Zahira's personal experience, from living on a small Caribbean island to moving to New Jersey, motivated her to share her creations with others, especially parents searching for healthier options for their families. All products are now officially certified as Organic and Kosher, and still remain suitable for a Paleo diet with only a small amount of real honey, totaling less than 30 calories per serving.

Irini Tzortzoglou, the talented Greek cook who emerged triumphant on the popular British television program Masterchef in 2019, has taken a bold step by collaborating with the renowned Shed One micro gin distillery situated in Ulverston, a delightful town perched on the outskirts of the picturesque Lake District. Together, they have introduced an exquisite gin infused with the flavors and essence of the Mediterranean.

Tzortzoglou and Shed One co-owner and creator Zoe Arnold-Bennett collaborated to discover, experiment with, examine, and savor a variety of plants chosen to stir up the tastes and scents of the chef's birthplace, Crete.

According to a press statement released for the recent unveiling, the culinary venture, spearheaded by women, serves as a perfect tribute to the influential female figures who guided Irini's journey into the world of cooking. The word "Yiayia," meaning "grandmother" in translation, carries sentiments of affection and admiration, evoking reminiscences of solace, affection, and delectable delights for Irini.

“Yiayia Gin includes ingredients such as vine, fig, olive, and lemon leaves, rose pelargonium, seaweed, mushroom, and oregano. It has a more savory taste rather than a sweet one, which goes well with the traditional juniper flavor. This gin is perfect for sipping, as it offers a well-balanced blend of rich and lighter herbal, countryside, savory, and citrus flavors. It has a smooth texture and finish. When enjoyed with tonic water, the savory taste remains, but it becomes even more enjoyable as the citrus notes come through and leave a longer-lasting, flavorful finish.”

A fresh company called Narra has introduced its primary collection of Asian-influenced, ready-to-consume oat milk lattes. These lattes are free from dairy, naturally filled with caffeine, and are void of any added sugar or artificial components.

The sibling pair is bringing the tastes of their upbringing to the American section dedicated to latte choices.

Drawing inspiration from merienda, a customary Filipino practice of pausing midday to relax, indulge in treats, and rejuvenate, the brand introduces three lattes that celebrate cultural diversity and are ideal for revitalizing breaks: Roasted Oolong, Black Tea, and Strawberry Matcha. Differing from traditional coffee offerings, these oat milk tea lattes have been meticulously crafted to harness the unexplored advantages and advantageous properties of tea, providing a wholesome boost of natural caffeine.

“Merienda used to be an anticipated part of our day, but as we entered the working world, it transformed into a tiresome midday slump. We searched tirelessly for a well-balanced solution that could sustain us without overwhelming doses of sugar or caffeine, which often resulted in restlessness,” explains Victoria Reyes, one of the co-founders. “Our goal is to recreate that delightful merienda experience with our lattes, offering a blissful escape during the middle of the day. This allows you to regain your energy and conquer the rest of the day, while still ensuring a timely bedtime.”

Radlow Hundred, a vineyard located in Herefordshire, United Kingdom, has recently unveiled its new lineup of wines for the year 2022. This exclusive collection features limited quantities of Rondo 2022, Solaris 2022, and Rosé 2022, marking a significant milestone for Radlow Hundred as it is the first time they have created batches using only grapes from their own vineyard.

According to the vineyard, they are embarking on a new venture in the English still wine market due to its increasing popularity. The vineyard, located in the picturesque Herefordshire area formerly known as Radlow Hundred, draws inspiration from the region's rich history and local community. Each label on their wine bottles symbolizes different aspects of the charming countryside, such as delightful moments spent by the river Wye or the eagerly awaited arrival of the train in Bromyard.

Collaborating alongside farmer Robert Hancocks, the vines were meticulously matched with the soil of Herefordshire, and they undergo manual pruning during every winter season. As a result, this deliberate process led to the careful choice of two grape varieties - Rondo and Solaris - to create exceptionally high-quality English wine, which has now become the main area of interest for the industry.
