On Thursday morning, a number of Sky Mobile users encountered difficulty with their mobile services. This hiccup was felt across 3G, 4G and 5G networks.

At approximately 9am on Thursday, users experienced difficulties accessing the internet on their mobile devices.

A person on the website X posted that they own a mobile device which becomes useless if the WiFi is disabled and they require to depart for work soon.

Someone else reported a problem with #skymobile and wondered why they were experiencing issues on this particular morning.

On Downdetector, an outage tracking website, it was displayed that there were numerous complaints submitted by countless individuals experiencing difficulties.

Out of all the users, 65% of them encountered difficulties with accessing the internet, while 30% faced problems with their phone and only 5% faced issues with their TV.

On Thursday morning at 8:53am, Sky Mobile recognized the problem with X.

They stated that they know that certain Sky Mobile customers are encountering problems with their 3G/4G/5G connections.

"We are currently looking into the matter and we sincerely apologize for any trouble it might be causing."

At 11:20 in the morning, they announced that the problem had been "examined and solved" and the matter was resolved.

Affected individuals are presently able to utilize their 3G/4G/5G amenity.

"We deeply apologize once more for any troubles this may have caused."
