The head of Reform UK has declared that he will run for office in the Boston and Skegness constituency during the upcoming general election.

On Thursday morning, Richard Tice made it known on his social media platform that he plans to run for the Lincolnshire seat.

On the other hand, the founder and honorary president of Reform UK, Nigel Farage, has announced that he will not run as a candidate in the forthcoming election.

In an announcement, the host of GB News expressed his willingness to "contribute" to the party's efforts in the upcoming campaign.

As per the statement from Mr. Tice, their party will be running for all of the 630 parliamentary seats in England, Scotland, and Wales without any hesitation or conditions.

Despite what the critics may argue, my dear friend Lee Anderson and I firmly believe that we will secure seats, according to him.

After declining to say sorry for his statement that Islamists had "control" over London Mayor Sadiq Khan, Mr Anderson was suspended as a Conservative MP in March. He later transferred to Reform UK.

During the introduction of Reform's movement, Mr. Tice expressed that the prime minister is extremely scared of the continuous growth of his party's popularity in polls, especially during the period when the Tories have faced a decline.

According to Mr. Tice, he was extremely frightened about the potential outcome of the situation.

According to the PA News agency, Mr Tice expressed his disapproval of the significant amount of net migration and criticized the ineffective and unassertive politicians who have caused damage to Britain.

Following the announcement from Rishi Sunak, a general election in the UK has been scheduled for Thursday 4th July 2024.

He stated that the decrease in inflation, accompanied with the UK's recovery from the economic downturn in the earlier part of this year, were evidence that the strategy and objectives he established were effective.

Keir Starmer, the distinguished gentleman, stated that the time has arrived for a transformation, moving away from the chaotic conservative government.

The suspension of Parliament will happen on Friday and it will be concluded next Thursday following an official five-week election campaign.
