Stranger Things actress Millie Bobby Brown, 20, secretly marries Jon Bon Jovi’s model son, 22

There are rumors circulating that Millie Bobby Brown, known for her role in Stranger Things, may have tied the knot with Jake Bongiovi, the son of Jon Bon Jovi, without anyone knowing.

Brown, aged 20, and Bongiovi, aged 22, got married in the United States last weekend. The parents of the Netflix celebrity and Bon Jovi attended the ceremony.

According to an anonymous insider, Millie and Jake got married in America over the weekend without any public announcement.

There is a larger ceremony scheduled for later this year in the US, however, at present, they have completed all of the necessary paperwork and are now officially married.

The wedding was very simple and intimate as only their immediate relatives were present when they exchanged their marriage promises, adding a touch of romance to the occasion.

During the spring season, Bongiovi asked for Brown's hand in marriage in a unique way. He concealed the engagement ring within a seashell while they were scuba diving.

However, the amorous action didn't unfold as expected when the ring almost fell into the sea.

Before, Brown stated: "When he placed the ring on my finger, I lifted my hand to show him but the ring slipped off suddenly and dropped so quickly, it was just like a scene from a movie."

Jake plunged so far down that the diver warned him about the risks. The diver explained that going that deep can cause damage to the ears and even lead to the explosion of the brain.

Brown became famous by playing the role of Eleven in the popular sci-fi TV show called Stranger Things, which is available on Netflix.

Before, she stated that she had no plans of being a wife, however, her partner played a role in altering her perspective towards matrimony.

Last year she spoke with Glamour UK and said, "I had a desire to have a child. My aspiration was to become the kind of woman my mother and grandmother were to me."

I never had a plan to become a wife, but everything changed after I met Jake. I realized that I didn't have to conform to the traditional wife roles, and thankfully, Jake didn't expect me to either.

"He desires for me to pursue my own interests, enjoy my life, and accompany me throughout the journey. I realized that I also desire this."

There were rumors that the actress may have become engaged in April 2023 after she posted a picture on her Instagram account of her being hugged by Bongiovi. In the photo, a ring could be spotted on her left hand, leading to speculation about their relationship status.

In the post, Brown used a line from Taylor Swift's song, Lover. He wrote, "I have been fond of you for three summers, darling, and I desire all of them."
