The Princess of Wales just debuted chocolate brunette hair for Christmas
The Princess of Wales has recently switched up her famous brown hair, going for a richer chocolate color, just in time for the holiday celebrations. She revealed this shiny new tone during her attendance at the Royal Variety Performance, held at the Royal Albert Hall last night. This prestigious event has been a yearly tradition since 1912 and for this special occasion, the Prince and Princess of Wales made an uncommon appearance on the red carpet together.
Kate normally has a medium brown hair color without any extreme tones, but she likes to add brighter highlights. However, her new hair color looks just as good. She had a voluminous blow-dry with a sleek style and an A-line fringe that frames her face. This is a look that she is known for and is timeless. The darker, warmer tone that she has now, along with the mirror-shine finish, makes it a perfect choice for brunettes who want a subtle yet noticeable seasonal hue, especially during winter.
Kate surprised us again by sporting a modern chocolate hair color during her Shaping Us campaign for early childhood in Kent. This is a departure from her usual look as she also experimented with a low-slung bun that was polished. It's obvious that she has undergone a beauty transformation over the years, even if this new shade isn't too far from her signature hue.
Kate went for a revised style of her usual red-carpet makeup, choosing a sultry smoky eye with complimentary golden hues, a homogenous peachy lip and cheek color, and a natural-looking skin tone.
The Princess of Wales wore a classy teal-blue Safiyaa dress with cape sleeves to complete her outfit.
