Melco Sets Date For Luxury Casino-resort In Cyprus
The City of Dreams Mediterranean resort will open on July 10, 2023. Melco said it's the first integrated resort in Europe. The resort features Europe's grandest casino, fine dining, extensive entertainment, and the biggest expo center in Cyprus.
Grant Johnson, the head of City of Dreams Mediterranean, expressed excitement about the opening. The project is Melco's first in Europe. It will improve entertainment and luxury in Cyprus. Guests can look forward to modern design and top-notch entertainment. Immersive experiences will also be available.
The hotel company is having a soft opening for special guests on June 12. The public opening will be on July 10. The hotel is called City of Dreams Mediterranean. It is on the island of Cyprus. The hotel will have 500 guest rooms and suites. The Presidential Suite is the biggest on the island.
The new development has a big casino with table games. It has a special area for poker. There are many modern slot machines and live shows. There is also a VIP Platinum Club just for members. They get special service.
The hotel will have "fancy rooms" with Mediterranean style. Rooms have their own balconies with views of Akrotiri Salt Lake, Troodos Mountain, and Lady's Mile Beach. The rooms will be adorned in calming colors.
The City of Dreams Mediterranean says they will have eight restaurants and bars with fancy food. Olivier Belliard is the boss of the cooking. They will have food from different parts of the world like Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Mediterranean. Amber Dragon has Asian-inspired food. Aura has Middle Eastern food. Anaïs has European dishes. Oléa has Mediterranean food.

City of Dreams has 8,000 sq. meters of indoor and outdoor event space. It can host big or small functions like weddings or concerts. It has a Grand Ballroom, a multi-functional forum, meeting rooms, and an Amphitheatre. These facilities can accommodate more than 1,000 guests.
