Katie Price faced a setback in her efforts to resolve her financial issues when the sale of her 'Mucky Mansion' fell through.
Someone has purchased the £1.5m house just weeks after the ex-glamour model was kicked out for failing to make mortgage payments.
However, the nine-bedroom property is back up for sale after previously being in the process of being sold.
The 46-year-old celebrity used to be well-known for her glamorous lifestyle, but now she is in debt to the tax authorities for £750,000. She has gone bankrupt two times because she spent all of the millions of pounds she earned over the past ten years.
She didn't have to talk about her money in front of everyone last month because her lawyer said she has PTSD. Instead, she asked to talk about her finances in a private meeting.
Katie Price experienced a setback when the potential sale of her home, known as Mucky Mansion, fell through after she was forced to leave in May.
A new owner was discovered for the £1.5 million house just a few weeks after the ex-glamour model was forced to leave due to not keeping up with the mortgage payments.
A judge overseeing bankruptcy cases at the High Court approved the request and instructed that the scheduling of the meeting should remain undisclosed.
Katie was told she needed to completely follow the court's orders or risk getting arrested again. She had already been put in jail once for missing a court appearance to get a £10,000 facelift in Turkey.
Bailiffs forced the celebrity and her family to leave their West Sussex residence in May because she was unable to make timely mortgage payments.
MailOnline have reached out to Katie's team for a status update on the sale.
The ex-model purchased the property for £1.35 million in 2014 from former Conservative peer Francis Maude. The house was showcased on a Channel Four series as she worked on renovating it.
After she left, she insisted that the house was filled with bad luck.
Discussing her time in the Dirty Mansion, she mentioned, "I have only had negative experiences in that house." She emphasized that relocating would mark the beginning of a fresh chapter in her life.
Cleaning professionals were hired to remove the heaps of trash and freshen up the property before it was listed for sale by the nearby real estate company HJ Burt.
In their advertisements, they promoted it as a home with the possibility of turning into a "stunning family residence" for potential buyers.

Meanwhile, Katie treated herself to some shopping at Belfast Airport's duty-free on Saturday before the premiere of a new Channel 5 documentary about her, called Where Did All The Money Go.
Katie, who was low on funds, had a big Louis Vuitton purse with her and seemed happy and smiled at people who were watching. She even took a picture with a fan who was lucky enough to meet her.
This past Sunday, Channel 5 premiered a one-hour documentary called "Katie Price: Where Did The Money Go?" produced by ITN Productions.
The show explores the journey of a famous celebrity who wasted a lot of money and ended up broke, leading to legal troubles.
The blog traces Katie's journey from her modest roots to the creation of the Jordan alter ego, up to present times - revealing how overspending and poor choices have led her to her current situation.
In 2019, Katie was officially declared bankrupt due to owing £3.2 million in debt from her unsuccessful business, Jordan Trading Ltd. This company was created to manage her line of perfume and cosmetics, but unfortunately, it did not succeed.
She established the business in 2003, but in 2017, an application was filed to close down the company as she attempted to resolve her financial issues.
After being declared bankrupt, she promised to repay £12,000 every month to the firm's creditors using an individual voluntary arrangement.
The bankruptcy caused Katie, who was once believed to be worth £45 million, to be at risk of losing her £2 million, 11-bedroom mansion.
In 2015, she decided to get a second mortgage on the property, but then found herself having to make monthly payments of £12,300.

In court, it was mentioned that the invoice is based on self-evaluations for the years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022. It covers income VAT, taxes, additional fees, and interest charges.
The judge at the Insolvency and Companies Court in London said that the person in debt has not replied to the court. The necessary documents are all in order.
