Katie Price made an appearance in court following her arrest at Heathrow Airport.

The 46-year-old ex-model was arrested when she came back to the UK on Thursday night because she didn't show up for a court appearance about her bankruptcies.

She went to see a judge at the Royal Courts of Justice because they had issued an arrest warrant on 30 July.

Ms Price had mentioned that she was not avoiding any issues, but was actually absent because she was busy working on a documentary about corrective surgeries during the recent court session.

In the last court session, it was mentioned that Ms Price had journeyed to Turkey.

The ex-famous model walked to the court on Friday afternoon, dressed in a black headscarf and bandages, with photographers all around.

The police issued a warrant for the arrest of the ex-model on 30 July.

At the court session last Friday, a judge stated that Ms. Price must make sure to appear at another hearing about her bankruptcies later this month without any excuses or exceptions.

The court session took place at the Rolls Building, however, the celebrity joined virtually through a video call from an office at the Royal Courts of Justice where High Court enforcement staff work.

She had someone with her during the hearing, a woman she referred to as her "appropriate adult".

Judge Daniel Schaffer from the Insolvency and Companies Court asked Ms. Price to promise to appear at another hearing in order to answer questions about her financial situation on August 27th.

He told me that I must go to that appointment, without any excuses or exceptions, no traveling or taking time off.

Ms Price agreed that she comprehended and said, "I will rearrange my schedule for that."

The arrest warrant was canceled.

A judge had told Ms Price very clearly that she must go to court.

The city's police department reported that they had detained a woman, aged 46, from Surrey at Heathrow Airport at 7:45 pm on Thursday.

She was first held in custody at a police station in west London, but the PA news agency reported that she was released on bail later that evening.

Ms Price, originally from Brighton but now residing in Surrey, was declared bankrupt in November of last year and once more in March of this year.

In February, she was instructed to give away 40% of the money she makes each month from her work on the adult content site OnlyFans for the next three years, as a result of her previous bankruptcy.

She went bankrupt for the second time in March due to not paying a tax bill of over £750,000.

Earlier, Ms. Price was specifically instructed by a judge to attend the hearing scheduled for 30 July.

She was supposed to answer questions from lawyers representing the trustee of her two bankruptcies.

In a recent post on Instagram that has since been removed, Ms. Price stated: "I know I am going to be held at the airport, as that is clearly what the courts believe is the necessary course of action."
