On Monday, it was reported that the ex-glamour model had failed to reply to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) regarding a debt of £761,994.05.

HMRC requested this last October.

Ms Price, who was deemed bankrupt in 2019 for outstanding debts, did not attend the brief court session on Monday.

At the hearing held in London's Rolls Building, Judge Sebastian Prentis from the Insolvency and Companies Court revealed that despite having all the necessary documents, there has been no communication from the person who owes money.

Ms Price owes a significant amount of money to HMRC, so I will be initiating bankruptcy proceedings against her.

According to the judge, the invoice is based on self-evaluations for the years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 which covers taxes on income, value-added tax, additional charges, and any interest added.

During the month of February, a model was instructed by a new judge in the High Court to furnish nearly 50% of her earnings from OnlyFans, an adult-oriented website, for the coming three years. This was done in connection with another legal issue involving unsettled debts.

According to the hearing, Ms Price will be asked about her monetary situation in April.

Last week, Ms Price received a penalty of £880 due to her offense of driving without insurance and license in Northamptonshire last August.

During the previous summer, Ms Price spoke about her bankruptcy on Michelle Visage's Rule Breakers podcast. She mentioned that she has been to court countless times and that she wouldn't care if she got imprisoned.

She revealed on Jeremy Vine's Channel 5 program in March of the previous year that she had been experiencing difficulties with her mental wellbeing in recent times. She also stated that there was no reason to feel embarrassed about being declared bankrupt.

In October 2020, while discussing her finances in court, the ex-model expressed that she was unable to handle these matters or comprehend everything that had occurred due to her poor mental state.

Ms Price has been asked to provide her thoughts or opinions on a certain matter.
