Erling Haaland, who plays as a striker for Manchester City, may have worsened an injury to his left ankle during Norway's friendly game.

During the match against the Faroe Islands on Thursday, Haaland entered the game after halftime as a substitute. However, towards the end of the game, he experienced a minor ankle injury, as reported by Norway team doctor Ola Sand.

Haaland continued to play until the end of the match, but Sand mentioned that his ankle was slightly weakened.

Sand informed Norwegian TV that the pain is intense initially, but subsides rapidly. Therefore, they will have to wait until tomorrow to see his condition.

Stale Solbakken, the coach of Norway, mentioned that Haaland has previously experienced the same injury.

Haaland sustained an ankle injury during the Premier League match against Bournemouth on November 4th. Nevertheless, he participated in City's following game three days after.

The upcoming Premier League match on 25 November will see City, who currently hold the top spot, face off against Liverpool who are in second place.
