Ben Habib expresses ‘concerns’ over Reform UK leadership after being replaced

Ex-Reform UK deputy leader Ben Habib has voiced his ongoing worry about the party's leadership, leading him to think about his role within the organization.
Reform recently revealed the responsibilities that their Members of Parliament will be assuming, with leader Nigel Farage expressing a desire to "modernize" the party.
MP Richard Tice is stepping down as chairman to take on the role of deputy leader, filling the position previously held by Mr Habib. Lee Anderson MP will now serve as the chief whip in the party.
Mr. Habib has been a significant figure in the Reform movement, representing the European Parliament as a member of the former Brexit Party.
Reform party won five seats in the recent election, however, Mr. Habib was not successful in securing a seat. He came in third place in the Wellingborough and Rushden constituency, along with many other unsuccessful candidates.
In a recent post on X, previously known as Twitter, Mr. Habib shared: "Nigel Farage just told me that Richard Tice will be the new deputy leader of the party."
As a result, I no longer have that job.
I am thinking about my overall situation in relation to this change.
"I have always been worried about how the party is managed and the way decisions are made. I will take some time to think about all of this."
What's important to me is that Reform UK keeps its word to the British people. The movement we've started isn't ours, it belongs to everyone. We have a duty and owe a lot to the people of Britain.
Mr. Farage stated that the new hires are "the initial move to guarantee that Reform UK is prepared and capable of advancing its optimistic message."
He continued, "I firmly believe that we will make the party more professional and positively transform politics."
Entrepreneur Zia Yusuf, who contributed a significant amount of money to Reform during their campaign for the General Election, has now been named as the chairman.
Last year, Mr. Yusuf made about £31 million by selling his high-end concierge app Velocity Black. He was known for openly endorsing Reform's immigration stance and also contributed financially to the party.
Mr Yusuf expressed his gratitude for being chosen as Chairman of Reform UK. Despite facing challenges, Nigel Farage led our movement to success, earning four million votes and electing five MPs with 98 close runner-up positions.
This is only the start. The crucial task of making the party more professional, developing national networks, and expanding membership is already in progress.
"I will use all of my skills, enthusiasm, and dedication in the position to make sure we fulfill our goal of restoring Great Britain to its former glory."
The recently appointed deputy leader, Mr. Tice, expressed his joy at Mr. Yusuf's new role.
He mentioned: “We are looking to grow our business and improve our infrastructure quickly from now on, and having someone as experienced and successful as Zia joining us is great news.”
Reform received negative feedback about their election strategy because some of their candidates made racist remarks. As a result, a few candidates were removed from the campaign before the election.
Mr. Anderson, who represents the constituency of Ashfield, is the sole member of Parliament returning to his party after switching from the Conservative party to Reform earlier this year.
He expressed that it would be a great honor and pleasure to use his experience in navigating the complexities of Parliamentary procedures to ensure that our team remains focused and delivers for our constituency and the over four million voters.
The sly fox has infiltrated the henhouse.
