The wall has been painted with green spray paint, and a tree has been cut back to make it look more leafy. There is also a stencil of a person holding a pressure hose situated nearby.

A lot of people have come together to witness the mural and one resident expressed their happiness by saying that they felt "honored" that their street was selected.

Wanja Sellers, who resides in the vicinity of the mural, expressed how delighted she felt about the artwork. "It feels like it was intended for us locals. It just fills us with pride," she said.

BBC Radio London journalist Anna O'Neill reported that there was a crowd of about 30 individuals gathered at the location where the artwork was displayed, which was on Hornsey Road in Finsbury Park Sunday morning, at any given moment.

. A painting of tree leaves was created on the wall to make it look like the real thing.

James Peak, the creator of The Banksy Story series on BBC Radio 4, has described a white wall that has been adorned with a Banksy stencil and a grand green paint spray.

According to him, it is likely that the object was made by means of either a pressure hose or a fire extinguisher.

The shade of green paint utilized is identical to that of the Islington Council's signage, in the surrounding vicinity. This serves as proof of Banksy's exceptional attention to detail, according to Mr. Peak.

As you take a moment to observe, it appears that the tree is sprouting with vigor, yet it gives off a distinctly phony and contrived impression.

"Now that it's springtime, ordinarily this tree would be thriving with foliage, however Banksy probably rode by and perceived it to be dreary," he stated.

Islington councillor Flora Williamson expressed her excitement about the possibility of having a Banksy artwork located in the heart of a social housing area, which is known to be one of the poorest parts of the borough. However, it was only confirmed to be a Banksy piece of art after this statement was made by the councillor.

She expressed her opinion that it adds interest and diversity, and makes the locality more vibrant.

The picture origin is James Peak's account of The Banksy Story.

The hue employed for the creative work is identical to the one used in the Islington Council symbols, which can be observed in the front part.

The team responsible for erasing graffiti at Islington Council has acknowledged the presence of the aforementioned artwork and has decided not to remove it.

According to the council, the cherry tree depicted in the forefront of the artwork is approximately 40-50 years old and is showing signs of deterioration, including decay and damage from fungi.

According to the statement, the tree has been under the care of tree surgeons who have been removing unwanted branches and ensuring its stability and longevity. They also pledged to keep caring for the tree in the future.

The hard-to-find creator usually verifies his masterpieces on his online site and social networks. On the first day of the week, he uploaded snapshots of his creation on Instagram without any explanatory text.

In his article, you can also observe the completely naked tree against a simple, blank white wall - before the mural was made.

Despite being one of the most renowned artists globally, Banksy's true identity remains a mystery, at least publicly.

The artist's latest piece of art, which was a stop sign featuring three military drones, was stolen mere hours after being verified as genuine back in December of last year.

During the month of February, law enforcement released two men on bail again for the crime of stealing. The police are still attempting to locate the artwork that was stolen from a street located in southern London.

During an interview with BBC Radio 4's Today programme, Mr. Peak discussed Banksy's latest artwork. He mentioned that Banksy has cleverly addressed the issue of people attempting to steal his art by including a tree in the piece.

"I doubt anyone could steal this... how can one possibly steal a tree?"
