The Biden-Harris campaign has criticized model and TV personality Amber Rose for supporting Donald Trump.
This past Monday, Rose, who used to date Kanye West, spoke at the Republican National Convention to show her backing for the former president. She stated that the media has been dishonest about Trump.
In reply, the senior representative of the Biden-Harris campaign, Sarafina Chitika, stated: “Amber Rose is correct in emphasizing the significance of conducting thorough research."
"Let's prove our point with evidence: Rose claimed that American households were in a better situation during Trump's presidency, especially for his wealthy supporters. And she's correct about that if we're talking about his billionaire donors."
However, in Black communities, the situation is completely different: Black unemployment, lack of health insurance, and crime rates all rose significantly during Trump's presidency. This is because it is clear that Donald Trump has no concern for us, our well-being, or our ability to make a living.
Chitika stated that voting for Donald Trump is supporting wealthy individuals like Rose and not helping Black communities.
Rose gave a speech on the first day of the Republican convention, shortly after Trump was greeted enthusiastically with a bandage on his ear following an assassination attempt over the weekend.
Only a few hours before, he had revealed that Ohio Senator JD Vance would be his choice for vice president.
From the platform in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Rose, a mother of two, addressed the audience: "I am here this evening to express that, regardless of your political beliefs, the most promising opportunity to secure a brighter future for our children is to vote for Donald Trump as the next president of the United States."
She continued by mentioning that even though she is not involved in politics, she does care about honesty. According to her, the media has not been truthful about Donald Trump.

"I am aware of this because, I used to believe those falsehoods for a considerable period of time," she stated, while the camera shifted to show a smiling Trump among the audience.
Rose said that she used to dislike Trump, thinking he was a racist because of what she heard from left-wing sources. She was surprised when her father mentioned he was going to vote for him.
But her perspective began to change as she attended numerous rallies and interacted with many of his supporters who wore red hats.
"I came to the realization that Donald Trump and his followers don't discriminate based on race, sexual orientation, or gender. It's all about acceptance," Rose stated. "That's when I understood: This is my community. This is my place."
Once she overcame her fear of criticism and backlash from liberals, the TV personality decided to also wear the iconic red hat.
