The solution to solving today's Wordle puzzle.

Are you seeking hints, clues, and the answer for this Saturday's Wordle game? Look no further, as you can find them here.

The latest 'Wordle' puzzle, number 1099, has been solved and we have all the hints, clues, and the answer for Saturday, June 22nd on ForbesToday.

Words come and words go, and when it will stop, no one knows. We hit 1100 words today—hooray!—and we still have that many more to solve. But what will happen once we reach the last word? Will The New York Times game section simply begin again, mixing up all these five-letter words? In my opinion, they should introduce a new twist and introduce a new set of six-letter words. That would be exciting!

This is still a long time away, around 3 and a third years to be exact. There are still more than 1200 Wordle puzzles to be solved, so we have quite a bit of time left. It's interesting to think about what the world will be like by then. Three years might not seem like a long time, but if we look back at how much things have changed between 2019 and 2022, it's quite significant. It's hard to believe that the first Wordle puzzle, which was "CIGAR," was released exactly three years ago on June 23rd, 2021.

Wow, time really goes by quickly. Ok, let's figure this out.

The hint: The final letter of this Wordle is a vowel.

I use Wordle Bot regularly to assist me in analyzing my guesses in the game. You can use Wordle Bot to check your own Wordles.

The Wordle Bot kept telling me during my game today that my word choices were not good. But surprisingly, I still managed to guess the correct word in the same number of tries as the bot. I started off strong with the word FLARE, which narrowed down my options to just 40 words. But then, I made some bad choices with a yellow and green box in hand.

I only got 13 points in STYLE, and got down to 6 in WHOLE! I happened to guess BUGLE next. I was very fortunate!

No luck today. Didn't score any points in round 4 and didn't tie with the Bot. Oh, well! It could be better!

Mastering Competitive Wordle

Predicting the correct word in the first attempt earns 3 points, while guessing it right in the second attempt earns 2 points. Getting it on the third try earns 1 point, and guessing it on the fourth try earns zero points. For the fifth attempt, you lose 1 point, while guessing in the sixth attempt results in a deduction of 2 points. Failing to guess the word at all leads to a deduction of 3 points.

If you win against your rival, you earn 1 point. If the game ends in a tie, you receive 0 points. However, if you are defeated by your opponent, you will lose 1 point. Calculate all the points to determine your total score. You can keep track of your score daily or start fresh with a new score each day.

The origin of the word "bugle" is fascinating and has its roots in history. It originated from the Middle English term for a wild ox, which then came from the Old French term for a wild ox or bull. The Old French term, in turn, is derived from the Latin word "buculus," a smaller form of "bos," which means "ox" or "cow."

The bugle instrument has its roots in the bugle horn, which was crafted from the horn of a wild ox or bull in the past. As time passed, the term "bugle" came to refer to the brass wind instrument that is commonly used in military and ceremonial settings.
