Stevie Nicks revealed that she is including a performance in Glasgow throughout her tour around Europe for the upcoming season.

On the 6th of July, the lead singer of Fleetwood Mac will make an appearance at the OVO Hydro.

The 75-year-old vocalist will be performing on his own for the first time in Scotland, having been part of Fleetwood Mac's line-up when they played in the city in 2015.

Nicks is scheduled to have six live performances in the United Kingdom, three of which will be at the well-known Hyde Park venue located in London.

Nicks will be taking a journey across the UK for a total of six performances.

Back in 1975, the singer from the United States became a member of Fleetwood Mac which resulted in the band gaining immense popularity and becoming one of the top-selling music groups with over 120 million records sold.

Speculation has it that the band's subsequent album, featuring Nicks once again, achieved a great deal of success in terms of sales across the globe.

Nicks, who performs alone, has achieved triumph in her music career with records such as Bella Donna that hit the eleventh spot in the UK albums chart and The Other Side of the Mirror that climbed up to number three in 1989.

Nicks made history in April of 2019 by being the first ever woman to be chosen for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice; once for being part of the famous group Fleetwood Mac and again for her solo career.
