Upset Formula 1 enthusiasts have expressed their frustration that a large Red Bull hospitality tent is obstructing their sight of the race track at Silverstone for this weekend's event.

Some F1 fans that paid a lot of money for tickets are angry because they couldn't see the straight and the first corner of the race.

Some fans at Silverstone this week have expressed their dissatisfaction with the Red Bull building, citing various complaints during the practice and qualifying sessions leading up to the British Grand Prix on Sunday.

The sight from the Hamilton Straight A grandstand, where up to 4,000 spectators can be seated, seems to be obstructed by the Red Bull Pit Stop entertainment area. This space includes a bar, a special viewing area, and even a skate park.

A video shared on Facebook over the weekend displayed how the Red Bull building appears to block significant portions of the track for spectators in the grandstand.

An anonymous attendee at this year's race shared with Yahoo News UK that the conditions for the people in one particular grandstand were less than satisfactory.

"They have constructed the Red Bull Pit Stop, described as a two-level bar. The issue is that it is obstructing the sightlines of many individuals in that particular section, which was not a problem before. This has caused a lot of frustration among attendees."

They mentioned that the seating closer to the Red Bull structure offers a progressively poorer view. If you are seated very near it, your sight will be greatly limited.

I believe it is unfair to disrespect the general public in such a manner. Silverstone should defend them and firmly declare, "This behavior is not acceptable."

The Red Bull building has a skate park on the highest floor, obstructing fans' sightlines of the race track.

"When facing the Red Bull barrier, it completely obstructs the view of the main straight, making it impossible to see the cars entering the first corner. I believe it is very poor quality."

Yahoo News UK has reached out to Silverstone and Red Bull Racing for a statement.

People have been sharing their grievances on X this week about the limited sight lines in the Hamilton A grandstand.

User @DebStibbs posted on Sunday: "I appreciate Silverstone. I have been attending races here since 1987. Every year, I sit at the starting line. I have spent £1,500 on tickets, and now our view is obstructed by the @redbullracing corporate hospitality stand that was given out for free."

Thank you, Silverstone. I have been coming to this place since 1987 and every year I sit on the start line. We have spent £1500 on tickets, but now our view is blocked by the @redbullracing corporate hospitality stand that was built for freebies. This is disappointing and seems like a display of greed. #silverstone #greed

"The Duchess of Surrey just posted a new tweet!"

Another person, Abi Garrett, mentioned: "For those of us who purchased our tickets, a hospitality area for Red Bull now obstructs a quarter of our view. There is a DJ playing nonstop during the race, which is quite distracting."

Earlier this week, Stuart Pringle, the CEO of Silverstone Circuit, had to explain why ticket prices at the venue in Northamptonshire were reasonable.

He said to the BBC: "It's a great deal when you consider everything that is included. In addition to attending a top-tier sporting event, you also get to enjoy a concert every night throughout the entire weekend, all included in the ticket price."

However, Lewis Hamilton, who has won the world championship seven times, complained about the high cost of tickets at Silverstone last month.

In an interview with Autosport, he expressed concern about the increasing prices of tickets. According to him, the cost of living is currently too high.

I am considering the situation from the point of view of a fan attending with their family. The costs are incredibly high.
