Stone recently revealed that the late Robert Evans, a flashy film producer and studio bigwig, coerced her into having sex with William Baldwin, her co-star in the 1993 steamy suspense movie Sliver. According to Stone, Evans summoned her to his office while they were shooting and implored her to improve Baldwin's on-screen prowess.

On the latest episode of The Louis Theroux Podcast, Stone shared an interesting story. She said that the man she was with was walking around his workplace wearing sunglasses and telling her that he had slept with his co-star, Ava Gardner, while insisting that she should sleep with Billy Baldwin. According to him, if she did so, Baldwin's performance would improve, which was apparently a problem they were facing during the movie. GLAMOUR has requested a comment from Baldwin's representative regarding the matter.

Stone recounted that Evans believed that if she had a sexual relationship with Billy, there would be a spark between them when they appear on screen together. He also thought that if she simply slept with him, it would improve the film's quality as a whole. Stone remembers Evans pointing out that she was the issue in the movie because she was too anxious and not like a true actress who could effortlessly have sex with her co-star to get things moving in the right direction again. Stone concluded that it was her inflexibility that caused difficulties.

Sharon Stone's next film after the 1992 Academy Award-nominated Basic Instinct was Sliver. She mentioned that her experience was very different in this movie. She said that she didn't have to have a sexual relationship with her co-star Michael Douglas. He was professional and knew his lines well. However, in Sliver, she had to portray intimate scenes with other actors, which made her feel uncomfortable.

After Sharon's remarks went public, Billy utilized X (formerly known as Twitter) to provide a reply.
