Ryan Reynolds believes England has a chance to win the Euros final.

"I have faith. I believe England has what it takes, I truly do," stated the owner of Wrexham during a sneak peek of his Deadpool & Wolverine film.

This is it, this is the moment we've been waiting for. It must be coming home.

He said, "I'm not claiming to be a football expert even though I have strong connections with Wrexham. All of my roots are from Wrexham. But I enjoy it. I love the aspect of storytelling in it."

He also discussed Ollie Watkins' last-minute goal in the semi-finals against The Netherlands. "The substitute coming on and just... I always enjoy it when the substitutes are entering towards the conclusion of the match," he mentioned on The One Show. "I always think to myself, 'Let the attackers loose.'"

Hugh Jackman, who plays Wolverine in the upcoming film and is currently promoting the movie alongside Ryan, made a prediction saying, "Harry Kane will score three goals."

Ryan discussed his connection with Wrexham and how he has developed a passion for the sport, although he admitted that it can sometimes be challenging.

As I've aged, I've noticed that my ways of dealing with things are not the best," he admitted. "Once, I counted the number of steps I took during a game and it was around nine-and-a-half thousand. I am completely devoted to Wrexham, it's like I am trapped in a cage. The only thing that can distract me is Deadpool, because it completely takes over your life. I am thrilled to be back now, fully immersed in my passion for Wrexham."
