As he advertised his upcoming movie, Deadpool & Wolverine, Reynolds couldn't resist teasing Lively about her limited appearance on-screen. The first official preview of the film was revealed during a break in the sports broadcast.

He displayed an image of himself standing next to his vast TV screen in his living room, which was broadcasting the trailer. The Canadian celebrity posted, "Have you all witnessed the 'Deadpool trailer? By the way, has anyone witnessed my spouse?"

In the trailer, we see Deadpool, played by Reynolds, entering the Marvel Cinematic Universe for the first time. The teaser ends with a glimpse of Wolverine, portrayed by Jackman, in the background. Reynolds is heard saying, "Your cinematic universe is about to be revolutionized. I am the savior, I am Marvel's Jesus," while also making a suggestive remark about Disney, the owner of Marvel.

Before being acquired by Disney, 20th Century Fox possessed Deadpool as a spinoff of the X-Men franchise.
