During their recent appearance at a red-carpet event, Ryan Gosling surprised his co-star from The Fall Guy, Emily Blunt, by bringing back his recent character from Beavis and Butt-Head, with the help of Mikey Day from Saturday Night Live.

On the 13th of April, Gosling was the host for the comedy sketch show that has been on air for a while now. Throughout the show, he kept the audience thoroughly entertained by regularly laughing at the humorous jokes.

One of his most unforgettable moments was when he acted alongside Mikey Day, his co-star on SNL, as real-life versions of the cartoon figures Beavis and Butt-Head, with Barbie as the lead.

Gosling was photographed on Tuesday (30 April) as he advertised his upcoming action movie. He sported a mint green suit that was paired with a matching shirt. Later on, he returned and was seen together with Day, both of them donning Nineties adult cartoon character outfits.

Gosling donned a blue t-shirt featuring the phrase “death rock” accompanied by a blonde wig twisted tightly and a fake nose in his portrayal of Beavis.

On that particular day, Day dressed up as Butt-Head and donned a grey shirt showcasing the word "skull". He also wore braces to mimic the character's buck teeth.

The initial drawing had Heidi Gardner and Kenan Thompson, who are often seen on SNL, acting as news anchors who converse with a professor regarding the risks associated with artificial intelligence.

Even though Thompson's teacher sincerely tried to respond to the inquiries, he kept getting diverted by two individuals in the crowd called Dean (Gosling) and Jeff (Day), who looked very similar to Beavis and Butt-Head.

Nevertheless, the duo asserted that they were completely unaware of their resemblance to the animated lazy individuals.

The part in the movie was adored by admirers and has been watched over 13 million times on YouTube. Additionally, it was evidently a delightful moment for the performers; Gardner couldn't maintain her character and laughed when she first faced Gosling and Day dressed up.

Gosling, who has appeared as a guest host on the program on three occasions, found it difficult to keep a straight face during the comedy skit.

The television show known as Beavis and Butt-Head first made its appearance on MTV in 1993. The plot revolves around two teenage boys who love listening to heavy metal music and lounging around all day. The creator, Mike Judge, provided voices not only for the protagonist duo, but also for a number of other characters featured in the program.

The cartoon pals were famous for their foolish behavior, absurd giggles, and indecent wisecracks, and attained widespread notoriety in the 1990s, particularly among individuals belonging to the Generation X demographic (those born between 1965 and 1980).

The original airing of Beavis and Butt-Head's show came to an end in 1997. Following a small comeback in 2011, the series was reestablished for additional seasons on Paramount+ during 2022.
