Reports from UK media on Sunday stated that Russell Brand, a stand-up comedian, had recently been questioned by British police regarding three accusations of sexual misconduct. Although the Metropolitan Police did not specifically mention Brand, they did confirm that a male in his 40s went to a police station in south London on November 16, 2023, and was interviewed by detectives about three previous alleged instances of sexual misconduct. Investigations are still ongoing. Brand, who is now 48 years old, has vehemently denied all accusations against him that stem from an enquiry by The Times, Sunday Times, and Channel 4. The offenses are claimed to have occurred between 2006 and 2013.
