Adam Holland has set his sights on participating in every Parkrun event across the south west.

During the inaugural Parkrun, originally referred to as the Bushy Park Time Trial, a total of 13 individuals showed up to take on the course.

Over the past two decades, Parkrun has expanded to include 1,287 events across 23 nations, boasting nearly 10 million registered participants.

Mr. Holland mentioned that the opportunity to explore various locations and connect with new individuals, along with the runs being free of charge, has played a significant role in their success.

He remarked, "They've put in an incredible effort over the last two decades to keep this alive and make it grow larger each year."
