Michael Olise is determined to win trophies with Bayern Munich, as he officially transferred from Crystal Palace for a fee of £45m with the possibility of an additional £5m in bonuses.

Olise has agreed to a five-year deal with the German powerhouse, who also boast England captain Harry Kane on their team and are led by former Burnley boss Vincent Kompany.

The 22-year-old player was rumored to possibly go back to Chelsea, the team he played for in the academy when he was younger, or transfer to Manchester United. However, he decided to sign with the German team instead. He transferred to Palace from Reading in July 2021 and played in 90 games for the team, scoring 16 goals.

Olise expressed his excitement about joining FC Bayern in an interview on the club's website. He is enthusiastic about the challenge and hopes to contribute to the team's success by winning multiple titles in the future.

The owner of the Palace, Steve Parish, expressed his admiration for Michael's accomplishments at Crystal Palace. Michael has grown as a player during his time at the club. We understand his wish to challenge himself at a higher level in international soccer. We wish him all the best in his new journey with Bayern Munich in Germany and will be following his progress closely.
