Draw For June 2023 Premium Bonds

NS&I revealed the names of the June 2023 winners today.
Just two people win the top prize. The first winner is from Essex. Their bond number is 83TX260795. The prize is worth one million pounds.
The bond the owners won was worth £5,000. They bought it in July 2005 and had an overall holding of £42,000.
Someone from South Gloucestershire just won £1 million from Premium Bonds with their bond number 429WV622861. This is the second person to win big recently.
The champ won with £50,000 in total, and bought a winning bond worth £1,000 in December 2020.

In June, the amount of prizes for Premium Bonds was announced. Over 3 million prizes were awarded, totaling £89 million. The top prize of £1 million was won by a man from Hertfordshire. Many other prizes ranging from £25 to £100,000 were also awarded. Premium Bonds are a savings product offered by the UK government, allowing people to invest money to potentially win tax-free prizes.
Two people win £1 million every month. Other prizes are also available. 59 people win £100,000 and 117 win £50,000.
