Neil Gaiman has been accused of not obtaining sexual consent from two women, but he has denied the accusations.

It is alleged by the supposed victims that they engaged in aggressive and humiliating sexual activity with Gaiman, sometimes without their full consent. Gaiman, who is known for creating The Sandman, was also involved in consensual relationships with both of these women.

The reported events were brought to light during an investigation conducted by Tortoise, in which Rachel Johnson, Boris Johnson's sister, played a significant role. According to their findings, Gaiman has been accused of misconduct and is currently facing a police complaint in New Zealand.

Gaiman, who is 63 years old, said he volunteered to help the New Zealand police after a woman made a complaint in 2022, but they did not accept his offer. He believes this shows that the complaint may not have been credible.

The article stated that officials have tried multiple times to talk to important individuals during the investigation, and they are continuing to do so.

They mentioned that there are several things to think about in this case, including where all the parties are located.

A 22-year-old woman accused Gaiman, who was 61 at the time, of sexually assaulting her shortly after their first meeting in 2022, according to the report.

She said Gaiman stripped down before joining her in the bath. Gaiman stated that they embraced and kissed, but he made sure they both agreed to it.

She claims that he participated in humiliating sexual activities with her involving penetration.

The next lady was 18 years old when she encountered Gaiman in 2003.

She says they started dating when she was 20 years old, and that they had intense and unpleasant sexual encounters that she did not want or enjoy. The woman accuses Gaiman of ignoring her request not to have sex when she was in pain from an injection.

Tortoise knows that Gaiman believes that the second woman's accusations stem from regret over their relationship, while the first woman's claims are attributed to her experiencing false memories due to a medical condition. However, the newsroom reports that there is no evidence in her medical records or history to support this assertion.

The accusations are being discussed in a podcast called "Master: The Allegations against Neil Gaiman," which is broken up into four parts. According to the podcast, Gaiman requested that the women refer to him as "Master."

The British writer also penned the TV shows Good Omens and American Gods for Amazon Prime Video.

Steve Coogan, Douglas Booth, and Indya Moore were recently revealed as the latest additions to the cast of the Netflix series The Sandman, adapted from Gaiman's popular comic book.

Gaiman and Amanda Palmer were married from 2011 to 2022 and they have a son together. In a 2019 interview, Palmer discussed their decision to have a non-monogamous relationship.

She explained to The Times that there are many different types of open relationships, but they are not looking for many partners. They prefer to have casual relationships, but with consideration and respect.

He has three kids with his ex-wife, Mary McGrath.
