Megan Fox revealed that she is going to have a baby with her fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly.

On Monday, November 11, the 38-year-old star from Transformers announced on Instagram that she and her 34-year-old partner are having a baby. In a set of photos shared with the news, the mother of three, soon to be four, showcased a positive pregnancy test in one image, while in another, she gently held her baby bump, which was covered in a dark liquid.

She accompanied the pictures with lines from Kelly's song "last november," reflecting on the couple's experience with miscarriage. She shared: “Nothing is truly gone. It’s good to have you back.”

In November 2023, Megan Fox opened up about her experience with miscarriage by sharing two heartfelt poems from her book, "Pretty Boys Are Poisonous." In a conversation with Good Morning America regarding the collection, Fox spoke about how she coped with her loss with the support of her fiancé.

"I've never experienced anything like that before," she remembered. "As a mother of three, it was really tough for both of us, leading us down a chaotic path together and apart... trying to figure out, 'What does this mean?' and 'Why did this occur?'"

Fox has faced miscarriage before. In a 2023 interview with Women’s Wear Daily, she candidly shared her experience with an ectopic pregnancy. This condition happens when a fertilized egg attaches and develops outside the uterus, according to the Mayo Clinic. Unfortunately, a pregnancy of this nature can't continue successfully, as the fertilized egg isn't able to survive, and the growing tissue can lead to severe, potentially life-threatening hemorrhaging.

"That experience turned out to be much more challenging than I expected, and I've spent a lot of time thinking about why it was so tough for me," Fox shared. "When I was younger, I went through an ectopic pregnancy, and I've faced some other personal challenges that I'm not going to discuss because I don’t want to cause any drama."

"However, I have faced similar situations before, just not with someone I felt so deeply for," she continued.

This will be Fox’s fourth child and Kelly’s second. Fox is already a mother to three sons: Noah, who is 12, Bodhi, who is 10, and Journey, who is 8, from her previous marriage to Brian Austin Green. On the other hand, Kelly, whose birth name is Colson Baker, has a 15-year-old daughter named Casie with his former partner, Emma Cannon.

In March 2020, Fox and Kelly met for the first time while working on the film Midnight in the Switchgrass. Soon after, they made their romance official when Fox appeared in Kelly's music video for "Bloody Valentine" in May 2020. This was only days after Green announced the end of his nearly ten-year marriage to Fox.

By January 2022, the pair was set to get married, and Fox shared the exciting announcement on Instagram. She uploaded a video showing Kelly popping the question beneath a banyan tree, a location that holds special significance for both of them.

"Back in July 2020, we found ourselves beneath this banyan tree," Fox recalled in her earlier post. "At that moment, we hoped for something extraordinary. We had no idea of the challenges that awaited us in the near future or the effort and sacrifices our relationship would demand. We were simply swept away by love—and the cosmic connection we felt."

"Somehow, a year and a half later, after enduring tough times together and sharing more laughter than I could have ever dreamed, he proposed to me," she shared. "Just like in every past life and in all the ones that are yet to come, I said yes... and then we shared our blood. 1.11.22 ✨."
