Ryan Gosling has shared a message in response to his nomination for the movie Barbie in the Oscars. He expressed sadness about Greta Gerwig, the film's director, and Margot Robbie, the lead actress, not receiving nominations in their respective categories.

The massively successful movie has received eight Oscar nominations, which includes the most significant award for Best Picture. However, Gerwig and Robbie have failed to secure nominations for Best Director and Best Actress, in that order.

Gosling got a nomination for the Best Supporting Actor award because of his portrayal of Ken.

Gosling expressed in a message that was read by The Independent website that he is very grateful to be suggested by his fellow work mates in the midst of so many impressive actors in a year of spectacular movies. In addition, he never envisioned he would say this, but he is also very grateful and happy that his nomination is for depicting a synthetic doll named Ken.

However, one cannot talk about Ken without mentioning Barbie, and one cannot discuss the Barbie movie without acknowledging the significant contributions of Greta Gerwig and Margot Robbie. These two individuals are the driving force behind this critically acclaimed and highly popular film that has made history and garnered global recognition.

Without the exceptional skills, perseverance, and ingenuity of everyone involved in the film, no one would receive any acknowledgment.

I cannot express enough how let down I am that they were not considered for acknowledgment in the proper categories.

The upcoming film "Barbie" will feature Ryan Gosling and Margot Robbie as the lead actors. They have been chosen to portray important roles in the movie. The audience is excited to watch two of Hollywood's most talented stars play characters in a film that has been highly anticipated. The production of "Barbie" is expected to be a major success. Fans of Gosling and Robbie are eagerly waiting to see their performances in the movie. It is sure to be an extraordinary experience!

Despite facing many challenges with just a few emotionless, provocatively dressed, and fortunately revealing dolls, they managed to bring joy, touch our emotions, challenge societal norms, and leave a lasting impact. Their efforts should be acknowledged alongside other deserving nominees.

That being stated, I am extremely delighted for America Ferrera and the other exceedingly talented artists who played a part in creating such a revolutionary motion picture.

At a prior time, America Ferrera expressed her immense dissatisfaction that Gerwig and Robbie did not receive nominations in their respective categories.

In addition to that, Barbie earned nominations in several categories which include Best Costume Design, Production Design and two original songs, namely "I'm Just Ken" and "What Was I Made For?". Gerwig was also recognized for her excellence in Best Adapted Screenplay alongside Noah Baumbach, her spouse and co-writer, while Robbie's nomination for Best Picture was due to her contribution as one of the movie's producers.

Gerwig and Robbie were not the sole individuals who experienced an unpredictable disappointment when their categories were overlooked in the Oscar nominations for this year.

Several significant movies of the year were left out completely from the list, such as the controversial social commentary movie Saltburn and the precise science fiction comedy Asteroid City directed by Wes Anderson.
