Rapper Lucas Coly took his own life with a single gunshot to the head shortly after sharing a haunting last message with his followers.

Speculation about the young star's passing started spreading earlier this week following his alarming last post to fans on Instagram.

The 27-year-old shared a straightforward message on their Instagram story: "I care about you all."

In the days that came after, his boss shared a detailed homage, which was subsequently taken down.

On Friday, the Clark County Office of the Coroner and Medical Examiner announced the details surrounding Coly's death. Meanwhile, Coly's devastated girlfriend expressed her sentiments in a heartfelt tribute online.

The 27-year-old took his own life by shooting himself in the head, as confirmed by the Clark County Office of the Coroner and Medical Examiner.

Before taking his own life, he shared a mysterious message on his Instagram.

Fans have overwhelmed his social media accounts with heartfelt messages honoring the late artist from Henderson, Nevada.

"Someone expressed their hopes for your well-deserved peace of mind. They mentioned, 'May you find rest and tranquility, Lucas Coly.'"

"Absolutely not. I can't buy into what this guy is saying; we still rely on him a lot," someone else commented.

"This just doesn’t seem right. We cared about you deeply. I’m truly saddened that you struggled so much. I truly hope you’ve found peace now. Rest in peace, Lucas," expressed one of your admirers.

In the initial article, Coly's management team, I Discover Stars, expressed their deep sorrow on social media, stating that the news had shattered their hearts.

Coly, who gained popularity as an Instagram influencer and is in a relationship with Amber H, initially became famous on Vine and later achieved success on YouTube.

The coroner's office has determined that rapper Lucas Coly, who was discovered deceased in Las Vegas, took his own life.

"I continued to work here partly because you were my manager," the statement read. "Right now, there’s an emptiness inside me, Lucas. We often talked about our challenges while putting on a brave face for our fans."

Coly relocated from France to the United States in 1996 and gained popularity on Vine, where he shared videos of himself rapping in both English and French, attracting a dedicated audience.

He subsequently shifted his focus to YouTube and Instagram, where he has amassed 470,000 followers on YouTube and 1.2 million on Instagram.

Some of his most well-known tracks include "I Just Wanna," "Break Ya Back," and "Numb," all of which gained millions of views.

Coly was said to be in a relationship with influencer Amber H, and his representatives requested prayers for her well-being.

The artist teamed up with other social media influencers, Willgotthejuice and Dillyn Troy, to form the group Diamondz.
