Friday Night Super League Results as controversy hits Leeds Rhinos-Salford Red Devils clash

There were THREE matches in Super League tonight. Leeds Rhinos played against Salford Red Devils, St Helens played newly-promoted London Broncos, and Leigh Leopards played against Huddersfield Giants.

Disagreement arose at Headingley during the match between Leeds and Salford when Paul Momirovski from Rhinos was temporarily suspended for inappropriate conduct shortly before the hour mark. Nevertheless, it was when a player from the Red Devils needed medical attention during the game that the yellow card was given. Nonetheless, Leeds were able to maintain their lead and secure a 22-16 victory.

In another location, St Helens easily defeated London, crushing the team from the capital 40-4. Meanwhile, Huddersfield had a remarkable beginning to Super League 2024, achieving a 16-8 win against Leigh.
