The pop star confessed that she used to skip one of her classic songs during her performances, but after reintroducing it, she was taken aback by how much the audience loved it. Kylie, who is 56, joined The One Show to talk about her upcoming Tension tour in 2025. She assured hosts Alex Scott and Roman Kemp that she will definitely be including all her classic hits alongside her latest tracks.

Hosts Scott and Kemp take questions from the audience during the show, including one that inquires, "Are you planning to perform some of your classic songs?"

Kylie stated, "Absolutely! You know which song really gets people moving? It's 'Locomotion!' But it's one of those tracks from a long time ago. At first, I hesitated about singing it because I felt a bit shy. It's interesting to see how things have come around full circle. Even younger audiences have shared their thoughts about my performance in Hyde Park. They recognize songs like 'Padam,' 'Tension,' and 'Can't Get You Out of My Head.' But they also say, 'We really love that song 'Locomotion,' which feels like a 'new' hit to us!'"

Kylie talked about making the video for her latest single, "Lights, Camera, Action." She shared that she had to wear sunglasses to shield her eyes after being pelted with watermelon and glitter during numerous takes.

She described the situation: "I'm working with this massive fan and there are glitter and streamers everywhere, not to mention watermelons flying around. Someone suggested wearing sunglasses, which definitely helped out, but it was still quite a challenge. It’s the kind of thing where you need to nail it in one shot. We thought we had nailed it on our last attempt, but it turned out to be the second to last take. You just can't predict how it will go."

Alex Horne from Taskmaster shared that he finds inspiration for the show from the games his kids enjoy playing. (Channel 4)

Alex Horne and Greg Davies, the stars of Taskmaster, were also featured on the show. Horne, the creator of the Channel 4 comedy game show, shared that a lot of the challenges were influenced by the games his children enjoyed playing.

He mentioned, "I usually take ideas from my kids. One game involved them running as fast as they could for as long as possible while shouting. It was something they enjoyed doing on the playground. Another idea was to bring a video game to life. I believe most of these games came from my children. They're nearly adults now, so this will probably come to an end soon."

The One Show is broadcast on BBC One every weekday at 7 PM.

Taskmaster is broadcast on Channel 4 every Thursday at 9 PM.
