Everton send message of support to seriously ill Kevin Campbell

Everton has shown its backing to Kevin Campbell, who used to play for the club, following news that the 54-year-old is currently in a critical health condition while receiving treatment at a medical facility.

It has been reported that Campbell, a former football player who was loved by fans during his time at the club from 1999 to 2005 and won a league championship with Arsenal, fell ill last week. Additionally, Campbell has played for other teams such as Nottingham Forest and West Brom.

Everton conveyed the message that their previous forward Kevin Campbell is presently in an unwell condition via a statement shared on X.

Kevin is not only an excellent football player but also an amazing individual. He has always been a tough fighter, and we hope that he and his loved ones can overcome this difficult moment. We are sending all our affection.
