Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi are married! Jon Bon Jovi shares wedding details

The nuptials of Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi have been confirmed.

Despite rumors circulating about the alleged marriage between the "Stranger Things" actress and the model, the information was officially confirmed by Bongiovi's father, rock legend Jon Bon Jovi.

During an interview on BBC's "The One Show" on May 28th, the singer was questioned regarding his son's marriage. When asked about the couple's well-being, Bon Jovi responded by saying, "They're doing fantastic".

"They are truly wonderful," he went on to say. "The wedding was really intimate and only included family members. The bride looked stunning and Jake is over the moon. It's definitely the real deal."

The wedding of the couple has not been announced officially, but they were spotted wearing wedding bands during the Memorial Day holiday.

There isn't a lot of information available about the wedding of Brown and Bongiovi. Nevertheless, it was disclosed by Matthew Modine, Brown's colleague from "Stranger Things", in a March interview with Access Daily that he would be authorized to perform the ceremony for the partners.

Modine, the actor who played Dr. Martin Brenner on "Stranger Things," shared that he has a license to officiate weddings. Millie thought it was a good idea and Jake agreed. Modine wrote the vows for them to say and they were happy with what he wrote. They exchanged their vows and were officially married.

Brown and Bongiovi made their relationship public on Instagram in June 2021 and have been together ever since. They had been interacting on the social media platform for years before finally meeting and falling in love. The couple's engagement took place in April 2023.

"I have been in love with you for three summers now, my dear. I desire to spend all of them with you," she wrote as a caption for the picture announcing their engagement, using a line from a Taylor Swift song.

On a guesting at "The Tonight Show," she shared that her partner popped the question to her while they were in the water. In the middle of their dive, Bongiovi gave her a seashell.

The performer has been honest about her affection for Bongiovi. She revealed in an interview with The Sunday Times in August 2023 that she was convinced he was the perfect partner for her.

She stated that they realized they didn't want to be separated from each other after meeting. Identifying the reason why someone is considered "the one" is difficult; it's simply a feeling of assurance that the individual is the one you want to spend the rest of your life with.
