Jon Bon Jovi shares details of 'gorgeous bride' Millie Bobby Brown's wedding to his son Jake

Jon Bon Jovi spilled the beans on the nuptials involving his offspring Jake Bongiovi and Millie Bobby Brown from Stranger Things.

At the age of 20, Brown, who is a British actress, gained a lot of popularity thanks to her portrayal of Eleven in the science fiction series on Netflix. She also has the lead role in the Enola Holmes movies.

In April 2023, Brown made an announcement on Instagram that he and model Bongiovi, aged 22, have decided to get married. Brown shared a picture where Bongiovi could be seen hugging him, and she was also wearing an engagement ring.

Using a quote from the song Lover by Taylor Swift, Brown expressed his feelings in the caption of the post: "I have had affection for you for three summers, my dear, and I desire to have all of them."

On Tuesday, famous musician Bon Jovi, known for his rock music, announced on The One Show that he and his wife Dorothea have had their wedding ceremony after 35 years of marriage.

Last Spring, the actress announced her engagement to Bongiovi on Instagram.

When inquired about their well-being, he responded by saying, "They are doing extraordinarily well, they are simply fabulous."

The marriage ceremony was an intimate affair with close family members only. The bride was stunning and Jake appeared to be over the moon with joy. This fact is undeniable.

Bongiovi asked Brown to marry him in the previous spring by concealing an engagement ring within a seashell during their scuba diving excursion.

However, the romantic display wasn't executed as planned as the ring almost fell into the sea.

In the past, Brown stated that when her partner placed the ring on her finger, it slipped off and fell rapidly, like a scene from a movie, as she attempted to display it to him.

“Jake dived extraordinarily deep, and the diver cautioned him that it was not advisable to do so as it could harm his ears. In fact, it could even lead to an explosion in his brain.”

Brown had expressed that getting married was never in her plans, but her partner's influence led her to reconsider her perspective on marriage.

In the previous year, she shared with Glamour UK: "Having a baby was my aspiration. I longed to become the same kind of woman to my child as my mother and grandmother were to me."

I never planned on becoming a wife, but after getting together with Jake, I realized I didn't have to conform to traditional wife expectations, and he didn't expect me to either.

"He desires for me to pursue my interests and live my life, while offering support throughout. I realized that I'm in agreement with this."
