Holly Valance, who is a former star of the TV series Neighbours, has stated that "everyone begins with left-leaning political views" before realizing that those ideas are "useless". This announcement was made during her attendance at the launch of the Popular Conservatives.

Valance, who is also a singer and model, joined her husband Nick Candy, a prominent real estate mogul, at the gathering where conservative MPs like Liz Truss laid out their plans for the new fringe organization.

The woman who used to act in soap operas and is now 40 years old spoke highly of the speakers at the PopCon gathering and said she would love it if Sir Jacob Rees-Mogg, a former business secretary, became the leader of the country.

When Ms Valance was inquired about her political views, she replied by stating that individuals usually begin their political journey as a liberal and eventually wake up and shift towards the conservative side after they begin their careers, accumulate wealth, manage a business, or aspire to purchase their own property. Ms Valance supports the right-wing political spectrum.

During an interview with GB News, she expressed her admiration for Liz Truss, saying she found her exceptionally captivating and insightful. She also mentioned her support for Jacob Rees-Mogg as a potential prime ministerial candidate.

In more casual language, she said that Lee Anderson, who used to be in charge of the Conservative Party, was "super cool". She then went on to say that she likes people from the north of England because they are direct and practical and care about regular people.

She made comments at a time when Rishi Sunak is experiencing increased dissatisfaction from Conservative party members who hold conservative views.

During her speech, Ms. Truss asserted that "Left-wing extremists" are currently in control of significant areas in Britain, and she admonished her own party for not supporting Conservative principles more strongly.

According to Mr Anderson, politicians don't understand what the public wants when it comes to net zero. He proposed a plan to allow individuals to choose not to pay for environmentally-friendly charges on their gas bill, but unfortunately, this suggestion was ignored.

Ms Valance expressed that she, along with other individuals in the country, shares a concern for the current state of affairs and considers herself a regular citizen.

"I am concerned about what my two small children will inherit, and it causes me distress. Therefore, I have a desire to attend and absorb helpful and constructive suggestions."

Nigel Farage was also present at the gathering. He shared that he supported the group's "handout and expressed aspirations", but voiced his disapproval of the absence of any deliberation concerning immigration at the gathering.
