Holly Valance, the previous cast member of Neighbours, has expressed her intention of supporting Reform UK in the upcoming election. This comes only a few weeks after her endorsement of Jacob Rees Mogg for the post of the future prime minister.

The 40-year-old Australian actress, famous for portraying Felicity "Flick" Scully, revealed that she supported the Conservative party in the 2019 elections. However, she has now decided to shift her loyalty towards Richard Tice's party.

During an interview on the GB News Chopper's Political Podcast, she expressed that she voted for the Conservatives in the previous election, but in the upcoming election, she plans to cast her vote for the Reform party.

Additionally, she disclosed her preference for Nigel Farage, the previous head of the Brexit Party and current honorary president of Reform UK, to assume leadership of the party.

When inquired regarding Conservative MP Lee Anderson's change to the party last week, she replied: "Yes... I endorse anyone who remains loyal to their beliefs and is not disloyal or indecisive by changing their stance frequently."

I admire people who stick to their beliefs and continue to express them over time, even if they may seem eccentric or unconventional. This includes those who hold opposing views to my own. Their unwavering dedication commands respect.

While I may not share your viewpoint, I can understand it better than those who constantly change their stance and lack any true belief. It seems that people have grown weary of such behavior.

Before, Ms. Valance supported Rees-Mogg's candidacy for the next Prime Minister and criticized the values of the left-wing movement.

Mr Anderson, who used to be the deputy chairman of the Conservative party and also represented Ashfield, is no longer a member of the party after he made comments that were insulting towards the mayor of London, Sadiq Khan. He claimed that Mr Khan was being influenced by radical Islamists. Due to his comments, he was suspended and is now sitting in parliament as an independent politician.

Ms Valance recently went to London for the launch of Liz Truss's Popular Conservatism movement. She also went to the wedding of Boris and Carrie Johnson in the Cotswolds in July 2022 with her husband, property tycoon Nick Candy.

During the ‘PopCon’ occasion, Ms Valance expressed admiration for Britain's previous prime minister with a short term in office and endorsed Mr Rees-Mogg as the potential next prime minister. At the seminar, she disclosed that her political views have shifted, as she used to be a leftist when she was younger but not anymore.

In more informal language, what this person is saying is that they believe most people start off with more liberal views before eventually developing more conservative ones as they get older and face various challenges and responsibilities such as making money, working, starting their own business, or buying a home. They consider these liberal views to be "crap ideas" that are eventually abandoned as people grow and experience the world.

She made these statements following her billionaire partner's positive comments towards the Labour leader, Sir Keir Starmer, where he expressed the need for a transformation. Although Mr. Candy is a supporter of the Conservative party, he still praised Sir Keir's expertise when it comes to managing businesses and condemned the lack of cohesion within the Conservative party.

During an interview with Bloomberg's In the City podcast, Mr. Candy expressed his view that it's necessary to bring about a change. He feels that the constant internal conflicts within the Conservative party, including the rumors of Kemi Badenoch replacing Rishi by mid-May with individuals who are irrelevant to the situation, indicate that it's time for a shift in approach.

Nick Candy and his spouse Holly Valance attended the nuptials of Princess Eugenie in 2018.

When questioned regarding the rumors of Mr. Candy's inclination towards voting for the Labour Party during the upcoming general elections, Ms. Valance clarified that there was a slight misinterpretation due to the phrasing used by him during a podcast. She explained that he said, "it's time for a change, and Labour is going to get in," which was misconstrued as his intention to vote for the party.

"I didn't think to myself, 'I will vote for Labour and they will win.'"

She stated that she was under the impression that he will vote for the Conservative Party.
