Taylor Swift Brings Gracie Abrams Onstage for Surprise Performance of “Us”

During Sunday night's performance of the Eras Tour, Taylor Swift surprised the audience by inviting Gracie Abrams to join her onstage.

Abrams, who performed as the opening act for Swift's Eras Tour last year, just dropped her new album "The Secret of Us" on Friday. One of the standout tracks on the album is "Us," which is a collaboration with Swift.

During a performance at Wembley Stadium in London, Swift mentioned that the song was created while the pair were socializing one evening, sipping on wine and discussing Abrams' experiences. "Our conversation about your experiences turned into this song," Swift remarked.

Swift strummed on the guitar, while Abrams tinkled the keys on the piano.

Following her performance of "Us," Swift surprised the audience with a medley of "Out of the Woods," "Is It Over Now?" and "Clean," all tracks from her album 1989.

Abrams shared two videos of them collaborating on Friday. In the second video, Swift was seen grabbing a fire extinguisher in order to extinguish a small fire in the kitchen.

"I had a blast writing this entire song from 2am to 6am. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life. @taylorswift, we now have a new skill - using a fire extinguisher. Love you," Abrams expressed.

Abrams had performed on stage with Swift last summer in Cincinnati, where she sang her original song "I Miss You, I'm Sorry" while Swift played the guitar.
