ParalympicsGB | Paris 2024: first ever paralympicsgb official fan zones to be set up across the uk

For the very first time, designated ParalympicsGB fan areas are being established throughout the United Kingdom, overseen by Ocean Outdoor in collaboration with ParalympicsGB.

Every fan zone, which can be entered for free, will be available every day from August 28 to September 8. You can watch live sports from the Paralympics on large screens as the Games happen.

All the special areas for fans are planned and run by Ocean along with ParalympicsGB and will have a schedule of unique events, activities, contests, deals, and visits from guest athletes.

There will be six special fan screenings taking place in various cities across England, including London, Liverpool, Southampton, Bristol, and Birmingham. The locations for these screenings are:

The shopping center located in Bristol with the address Cabot Circus, Bristol BS1 3BD.

Located in the center of the city's shopping and entertainment district, Bristol's outdoor fan zone creates a lively and shared experience for Paralympic enthusiasts.

Westquay shopping center in Southampton has a postcode of SO15 1QF.

Located on the Western Esplanade with a rich historical setting, spectators can watch the athletes from amphitheater-style seats or relax in deck chairs while indulging in food and drinks from nearby bars and restaurants.

Bullring and Grand Central, located at Birmingham B5 4BU, is a popular shopping and dining destination in the heart of Birmingham.

Located in the heart of the city, Bullring's St Martin's Square will once again be a center of sports excitement with a big screen and seating available.

David Clarke, the Chief Executive Officer of ParalympicsGB, expressed that there is a special excitement in watching sports live with loved ones. These fan zones will provide an opportunity for people to come together and celebrate the incredible achievements of ParalympicsGB athletes.

"These pioneering fan areas demonstrate the progress of the Paralympic movement, and I believe there will be numerous exciting sporting events that will bring the nation together and motivate us during Paris 2024."

By showcasing the dedication, bravery, and talent of Britain's Paralympic athletes as they compete internationally, Ocean Outdoor is taking a significant step towards their goal of spreading the essence of the Paralympics throughout British communities.

Ocean Outdoor has solidified their partnership with ParalympicsGB by becoming a Gold partner in 2022. This summer, Ocean will be overseeing a total of 15 fan zones with an Olympics theme.
