As England gets ready to play against Denmark in their second group stage game tonight (June 20th), soccer enthusiasts all over the country are excited for the possibility of the team making it to the Euro final for the second time in a row.

A recent study has shown that many England supporters in the UK are willing to go to great lengths to ensure they can watch what may be one of the national team's most important games.

A recent study conducted by Censuswide for Stocklytics, an industry data platform, shows that millennials are the most likely group to take a day off pretending to be sick. 21% of 25-34 year olds admitted that they would consider calling in sick if England reaches the final of the Euros.

Additionally, 16% of individuals in the same age bracket indicated that they were uncertain and open to the idea, unlike only 1% of those over the age of 55 who stated they would take a day off work for an England Euros final.

In the meantime, 16% of individuals between the ages of 16 and 24 said yes, as well as 15% of people in the 35-44 age bracket, and 5% of those between 45 and 54 years old.

In another place, 10% of Brits in total from a group of 2,000 people said they would not go to work if England was in the Euros final.

Among male survey participants, the percentage of individuals who said they would take a sick day for the event is 14%, whereas only 5% of female respondents answered affirmatively.

An additional 11% of male participants and 5% of female participants indicated they are open to the idea, which implies that a quarter of male football fans in the UK could potentially take a sick day if Gareth Southgate's team reaches the Euro final next month.

Some clever Brits are thinking about taking time off work if needed, while another 20% of people in the UK said they do not cheer for the England team.

Are you thinking about pretending to be ill and skipping work if England reaches the final of the Euros?
