Emily Atack has shared the joyous news that she is going to be a mother and is due to give birth to her first child in April.

On Saturday, the comedy actor from "The Inbetweeners," who is 34 years old, made an Instagram post where he said: "Hey, everyone. It's been a bit since we've talked, but I have some exciting news for you. I'm happy to tell you all that we're expecting a baby!!"

"I am experiencing a mix of extreme happiness and fear like never before. I kindly request you to be gentle with me." she stated.

In her blog post, Atack expressed that she had been feeling a variety of emotions that she likened to the sensation of getting off the Oblivion ride at Alton Towers while dealing with a hangover.

She mentioned that each day consists of a rollercoaster of emotions including excitement, anxiety, happiness, intense excitement, and often accompanied by a significant amount of throwing up.

According to Atack, during her pregnancy, she has become extremely familiar with her own body. She has gained an exceptional understanding of it.

"I've gained so much appreciation for the home that I have, and I'm putting in all my effort to transform it into a comfortable dwelling for the little baby that I'm carrying," she expressed.

We can tell that the baby is comfortable in the womb and craving more chocolate buttons. It feels like it is laying on a bed made of peanut butter and jam sandwiches.

It brings me great joy to share all of this with you. Throughout the years, you have always been there for me and I hope you'll continue to support me as I embark on this new chapter of motherhood. Wow, let's do this!

Atack let her fans know that she's expecting a child on Saturday evening (December 30th), and since then, many of her followers and colleagues in the television industry have taken to social media to express their congratulations and good wishes.

The person who presents the television show titled Steph’s Packed Lunch, Steph McGovern, expressed her excitement through Instagram and said it was fantastic news.

At the same time, Oti Mabuse, a previous star of Strictly, who shared news of her newborn child's arrival last week, exclaimed with delight "Yesssssss!!!!". Stacey Dooley, a television presenter, expressed her admiration through a series of red-heart emojis.

Atack made the decision to temporarily step away from social media around the same time as her birthday, which falls on December 18th.

On Instagram, she expressed gratitude for the birthday wishes she received. She admitted that she hasn't been active on social media lately because she's been concentrating on her real-life responsibilities, such as working hard and taking a break from the online world. She added that it's been quite a challenging year for her.

"I will be returning soon to fully engage with you all. I trust that everyone is well and recovering from the previous night's festivities, and preparing themselves for potential family conflicts and discomfort from unstable air mattresses."
