Drew Holiner joins the Panels of Arbitrators of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre and the Russian Arbitration Centre

Drew Holiner has been named to the Panels of Arbitrators for both the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and the Russian Arbitration Centre (RAC).

DIAC began its journey in 1994 as a standalone, non-profit organization and has grown to become the premier arbitration body in the Gulf area. In 2023, DIAC managed 355 cases involving parties from 49 countries. Over the years, DIAC has overseen nearly 5,000 cases across different values, complexities, and industries. The total value of all registered disputes has surpassed AED 80 billion, which is around USD 21.8 billion. For more information, click here.

The RAC started operating in 2016 and has become one of the top arbitration bodies in Russia. By 2023, it handled 362 cases with participants from 15 countries. In July 2023, the RAC launched its first international office at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
