Chappell Roan Credits A ‘Random Twink’ For Making Her ‘Your Favorite Artist’s Favorite Artist’ On Google

Chappell Roan

At her Coachella show in April, Chappell Roan referred to herself as the preferred artist of many well-known musicians. Since then, the "HOT TO GO!" performer has gained a large following at festivals, leading to larger stages and even young fans dressing up like her. Roan clarifies that the title of "your favorite artist's favorite artist" was not her own creation.

During the latest episode of The Tonight Show on Thursday, she mentioned to host Jimmy Fallon, "That was something Sasha Colby once said." Sasha Colby, a previous winner of RuPaul's Drag Race, claimed, "I'm the favorite drag queen of your favorite drag queen." This really resonated with me.

Fallon also said that when he searched for “chappell roan” on Google, the top of the page read, “Did you mean: your favorite artist’s favorite artist” (jokingly asking him if he didn't recognize her). How did that happen? Roan explained, “It’s probably some random person at Google. I'm sure it’s just an assistant that we really like.”
