Prepare yourself for larger-than-life characters, behind-the-scenes chatter, and fiery arguments as Big Brother returns for a second season on ITV2, with hosts Will Best and AJ Odudu back to guide the show.

The series returned to television in 2023 with a reboot, after being canceled by Channel 4 in 2010 and by Channel 5 in 2018.

In tonight's live launch on October 6th, Best and Odudu will present a fresh batch of 16 housemates to a studio audience.

The housemates this year are aiming to achieve the same success as Jordan, the 26-year-old lawyer who won the £100,000 cash prize in 2023.

Jordan, hailing from Scunthorpe, really captivated the audience with his dry sense of humor. Upon his victory, he straightforwardly stated, "I need a drink."

Introducing all the new roommates as they are revealed below...

Rosie, a 29-year-old dental assistant from Cornwall/Essex, believes she will be a “supportive presence” in the house, though she acknowledges that she may be seen as “somewhat chaotic” and “the most annoying” person, which could lead to her being nominated. When it comes to using the prize money, Rosie expressed her desire to fund IVF treatments for a few friends. She also mentioned wanting to assist those struggling with mental health issues, emphasizing her passion for helping others. "If I had the financial means, I'd be in an even better position to offer support," she said. Additionally, Rosie is eager to contribute to dog charities, highlighting her love for dogs.

Emma, a 53-year-old aesthetics entrepreneur from Altrincham/Essex, is torn between creating a serene atmosphere or stirring up some excitement in the house. She mentioned that she might be a target for nomination if her humor doesn't resonate with others, as they might perceive her as too direct. When it comes to the prize money, Emma intends to share it with her children, support her 82-year-old father, and rent a spacious villa for a delightful getaway with her closest friends and family.

Segun, a 25-year-old from Watford, is a videographer for a charity. He believes he’s likely to be nominated for his tendency to laugh at inappropriate moments. “I find humor in serious situations, which can sometimes come off as disrespectful to others,” he explained. “I do this to lighten the mood, even if it means laughing at the wrong time.” If he were to win the prize money, Segun mentioned he would assist his mother with her home renovations and contribute some funds to Cancer Research UK, where he has previously worked.
