In a recent conversation with RadioTimes.com and various media outlets, the duo discussed the insights they've gained from the previous two seasons they hosted and how they'll incorporate that feedback into the upcoming launch.

"In the initial series, there was a lot of anxiety as we aimed to properly represent the format," Best expressed.

"We really aimed to honor a show that we're passionate about and would enjoy watching, regardless of our involvement in it. Now that we've observed the audience's reaction to the set, the new house, and the overall vibe of it being an ITV production, it’s clear that our approach has resonated."

After completing two shows, Best shared that he is now prioritizing "enjoyment" in this series, feeling a bit less pressure than he did previously.

He mentioned, "I truly loved the first one, but there was also a certain level of stress. Now, though, it feels different—everyone involved is incredibly talented at what they do. We understand what resonates with the audience, so let's make sure we have a great time with this."

Co-host AJ Odudu shared the same sentiment as Best, saying she's feeling "less anxious" and "more thrilled" as she prepares for tonight's live show.

Sharing insights from her previous experience, Odudu mentioned, "You really can't predict what will unfold. Some contestants who seem likely to win and appear to have an easy time often face unexpected challenges. It's impossible to make accurate predictions."

The duo will be back on ITV2 tonight to host the live launch event, introducing the new housemates as they start an extraordinary six-week journey!

Big Brother: Live Launch will be broadcast on Sunday, October 6th, at 9 PM on ITV2 and ITVX.
