Bayer Leverkusen moved closer to winning the Bundesliga title thanks to Florian Wirtz's penalty, while Bayern Munich blew a two-goal lead. Despite the setback, Leverkusen remains 16 points ahead of their nearest rival.

In the first part of the game, Wirtz kicked the ball from the penalty spot after eight extra minutes were added on. He did this as a result of Christopher Trimmel touching the ball with his hand. This ensured a victory of 1-0 against Union Berlin, who had Robin Gosens sent off for committing a second offence that resulted in him receiving a yellow card only minutes before.

Next weekend, there is a chance that Xabi Alonso's team might become league champions if they beat Werder Bremen on Sunday. The day before that match, Bayern will play against Cologne. Altogether, they have 18 points left to contest for.

The champions who aimed to win their twelfth consecutive title this season fell behind after losing 3-2 at Heidenheim.

In the football match, Harry Kane scored 32 goals during the league season and Serge Gnabry scored another goal, which gave their team a strong advantage at halftime. However, the opposing team quickly gained ground with two goals from Kevin Sessa and Tim Kleindienst in just one minute. Kleindienst then scored again in the 79th minute, resulting in a significant and memorable win for the underdog.

In the 64th minute, Serhou Guirassy scored a goal which helped Stuttgart reach the same number of points as Thomas Tuchel's team, securing third place. Their victory against Borussia Dortmund with a score of 1-0 caused Dortmund to drop out of the top four positions.

Lois Openda scored two goals to assist RB Leipzig to keep up with the competition for a chance in the Champions League, winning 4-1 against Freiburg.

Openda made a contribution to the game after Amadou Haidara scored the first goal in the first minute, and Benjamin Sesko scored the second goal nine minutes after halftime. Later, Vincenzo Grifo came as a substitute and scored a goal to reduce the deficit.

Lee Jae-sung scored two goals to aid Mainz in achieving a 4-0 home triumph over the last-placed Darmstadt. Andreas Hanche-Olsen and Brajan Gruda also managed to score, while Steffen Tigges and Luca Waldschmidt, who came in as replacements, hit the target towards the end of the match as Cologne overcame Felix Passlack's initial goal to register a 2-1 victory against Bochum.

AC Milan continued their quest to catch up with Serie A leaders Inter Milan, with a comfortable 3-0 victory over Lecce who were playing with just 10 men.

In the San Siro, Christian Pulisic and Olivier Giroud scored early goals to give the Rossoneri a lead. However, the match turned in their favor when Nikola Krstovic was sent off. Rafael Leao sealed the deal by scoring 12 minutes into the second half, giving the team its fifth consecutive league win.

Roma's Daniele De Rossi secured a win in his first Derby della Capitale thanks to Gianluca Mancini's decisive header from Paulo Dybala's corner kick. Mancini's goal was the only one of the game, earning Roma a 1-0 victory over Lazio.

During the Ligue 1 match, Emmanuel Sabbi managed to score a penalty goal in the last minutes, leading Le Havre football team to a draw of 1-1 against Lens. Sabbi's goal counts as he offset Przemyslaw Frankowski's initial goal, ultimately creating a significant obstacle for the opposing team's dream of achieving a top-four position.
