The recently appointed Liverpool coach, Arne Slot, has disclosed that he intends to adopt a playing strategy that will draw from his own unique approach and that of Jürgen Klopp. The aim is to help propel the team to great heights and achieve success.

Slot recently spoke out for the first time since his appointment. He stated that his predecessor had done an excellent job in ensuring Liverpool was in a great spot, and he was confident in his own abilities to contribute to that as well. Slot believes that the Liverpool team already possesses a great deal of talent, having demonstrated an impressive performance last season. Therefore, he aims to build upon their existing strengths and take the team even further.

Naturally, it's advisable to bring along some companions who are familiar with your identity and how you perform, as they can act as liaisons between you and the rest of the employees. However, when you join a team like Liverpool, it's safe to assume - and I've personally observed this - that there are plenty of talented individuals already on board.

We plan to combine our own ideas with the expertise that the club has gained over the past nine years that Jürgen and his team have been here. Our aim is to make the most of this dual approach and create something truly valuable.

Liverpool has recently announced the recruitment of three new members for the Slot’s backroom team. Sipke Hulshoff and Ruben Peeters, who were part of the Feyenoord team, have already joined as assistant and performance coaches respectively. Meanwhile, Fabian Otte, the current men's goalkeeper coach of the United States, will join the team after his obligations at Copa América. Slot has mentioned that he is in talks with the team's sporting director, Richard Hughes, about the possible addition of one or two more members.

The man from the Netherlands also verified that he talked to his recent team members. He decided to wait for Klopp to leave before doing so. He expressed his eagerness to collaborate with them.

Slot recently shared that he had a conversation with Klopp to gather insights about the team and its players. He has been intently studying footage of their operations behind the curtain, in addition to analyzing their games. This careful scrutiny will help him identify areas for improvement once the players are ready to return to the field.

He urged both fans and players to continue their hard work in this new season to support the club's transition. While there may be some changes, the team and the fans remain the same. The coach hopes that with everyone putting in the same effort, it will make his job easier.

He pointed out that Feyenoord and Liverpool have a lot in common when it comes to their fans and surroundings. Both are situated near a river and have fans who work in the docks. These fans are typically hardworking and appreciate watching their team play.

In my opinion, supporters of clubs such as Feyenoord and Liverpool are more passionate about their team's success compared to fans in other parts of the world. This is something that I observed during my time at Feyenoord and I believe it will be the same at Anfield.
