Who won Great British Bake Off 2024? Season 15 winner crowned
It seems like it was just a short time ago when 12 talented home bakers stepped into the renowned Great British Bake Off tent. Now, however, the journey has concluded, and only one has emerged as the champion of the 2024 contest.
Throughout the season, judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith supervised a total of 30 tasks spread over 10 episodes. Some of the notable themes included '70s Week, Patisserie Week, and Caramel Week.
After nine weeks packed with delightful experiences, Christiaan, Dylan, and Georgie encountered their toughest obstacles so far, and the stakes were higher than ever.
However, one baker managed to stay calm under the pressure, which ultimately led to Georgie being named the champion of The Great British Bake Off 2024.

In the Signature challenge, the bakers needed to impress the judges with their unique flavors and skills by making exquisite scones.
For their last technical challenge of the series, Prue raised expectations by requesting a spread suitable for a classic afternoon tea.
For the grand finale, the three finalists were tasked with crafting a stunning, multi-tiered cake that would serve as the highlight of a summer garden party.
Each task presented its own challenges, but every finalist gave their best effort. In the end, Georgie emerged as the winner.
Upon discovering that she had won, Georgie exclaimed, "This is unbelievable! I can't wrap my head around it—I've actually won! It's just amazing. I still can't believe I won The Great British Bake Off."
"It means the world to me. I've often struggled with self-doubt and felt like there was something wrong with me, thinking I couldn't succeed. I would find reasons to hold myself back."
"For the first time, I decided to fully commit and give it my all, putting in long hours. I ended up missing out on time with my kids and family. But I'm incredibly proud of what I've achieved; I've shown myself that I can succeed, and now here I am today as the winner!"
I can feel my heart pounding, and it hits me that I won’t be returning to this place or seeing everyone again. The friends I’ve made here are going to be lifelong companions. This experience has been the most incredible thing I've ever done.

Looking back on their choice to declare Georgie the winner, Leith remarked: "Georgie showcased her talent perfectly – she delivered traditional British baking done exquisitely – and deservedly took the title."
Paul commented, "That cake is incredibly delicious and bursting with flavor. It's the Welsh Wonder. Georgie really knocked it out of the park with this one!"
