The celebrity, who has been wed to Wayne since 2008, revealed that the football player writes poetry for her when he's away on trips. Coleen mentioned to her camping companion, GK Barry, that Wayne uses hotel notepads to craft these lovely messages, leaving the social media influencer visibly surprised.

After Barry shared her astonishment, she continued: "You know those pads you find in hotels? He would often jot down a short poem on one of them, tuck it into his bag, and then hand it to me when we returned home."
“They're lovely to hold onto, but I can't recall the last time he actually gave me one," she continued.

Barry shared in the Bush Telegraph: “I never imagined that Wayne Rooney could write a love poem. I don’t know him personally, but I never pictured him as the poetic type, so I’m really curious about what his words would convey.”
