Check out the words of the forward below...

Today's match was quite a challenge as we faced off against the top team, but it was a great game in the presence of our loyal fans. The boys and our manager, Tom Cleverley, did a commendable job which made it an impressive performance overall. Though we aimed to snag three points, we'll aim to do so in our upcoming game against West Brom on Monday.

In my opinion, the assistance we received was exceptional. They stood by us constantly, motivating us to perform our best. This is the reason why we had such a prosperous outcome today and we will strive to maintain this momentum.

I received the ball right at my feet, making it easy for me to shoot it straight into the goal. I had to act quickly and make sure my shot was powerful enough. The goal turned out to be magnificent, and I haven't scored in a very long time. This goal not only boosted my confidence but also helped me prepare for the next challenge. I feel happy to share this moment with the enthusiastic fans who cheered for me on this success.

Since Tom arrived, we have experienced many modifications that have positively impacted our performance. In my opinion, we have played exceptionally well, and it is important that we maintain this standard.

I need to put in additional effort, even though I managed to score. It's crucial that I work harder for the team. I need to strive and ensure that I always give my best. I felt elated when I scored today.

We're feeling somewhat let down as we had hoped to maintain a 2-1 lead, however, we ended up with a tie. Our performance wasn't terrible but we need to stay concentrated for the entirety of the game in future.

Tonight, we'll take a break before continuing with our training tomorrow. Our goal is to prepare ourselves thoroughly for the upcoming game.
